CS VIKAS VOHRA

Founder & CEO

Vikas is a Commerce and Law Graduate and a Company Secretary by profession. He has to his credit, few other Certifications and specialisations in Corporate and Securities Laws.

He is also a speaker at various Management Institutes and ICSI on various Corporate matters and Entrepreneurship.

On the teaching side, he has taught more than 10,000 students.
In his previous assignments, he worked as an Associate Vice President with LexValueAdd Consulting Private Limited, an Investment Banking firm based out of Mumbai, Kirloskar Brothers Investments Limited & Bajaj Auto Limited wherein, he was deeply involved in various M&A activities.
Vikas is presently acting as a Founder at YES Academy, Pune (a leading Institute for CS Course), GujjuKhakhra (Indian Breads). He enjoys writing poetry and doing meditation in his free time.

CA CS HARISH A. MATHARIYA

CMA Vipul Shah

CMA Vipul Shah is one of the renowned & experienced faculty for Taxation Subject. He believes in conceptual clarity & is very famous among CA/CS/CMS students.

Student love his teaching style and call him the “Guru of Taxation”. He believes “If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.”–Ignacio Estrada. With this objective, he started his teaching journey and helped 8000+ CA/CS/CMA student to score good mark in Taxation Subject.
His focus is on conceptual teaching and have devised many strategies which help students to remember & understand the concept very well.

Amruta Chhajed

Amruta Chhajed, is an alumnus of I.L.S Law College and has pursued Masters From National Law School, India University, Bangalore. With a vast experience of 14+ years in teaching at the best institutes, she takes the students beyond teaching and focuses on guiding them to help them achieve their career goals. She has a very deep understanding of various state level and national level entrance tests and thus is one of the best mentors in this field. Adv. Chirag Chotrani

Adv. Chirag Chotrani is a young yet experienced faculty in the field of Law. From being the topper of his batch, to creating many All India Rankers in the Field of Company Secretary, Chirag has proved his academic capabilities time and again.

Chirag is a Commerce and Law Graduate and holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Law, earned specialisation in Corporate Laws and in Arbitration Law and is currently completing his PHd in Corporate Laws.
The ease with which this faculty introduces the concepts is commendable and every student who has studied under him has passed in his subjects with flying colours. From the start of his career till now he has always been into teaching and has served in many Prestigious Institutions and is presently the Top Educator for CS Category at UNACADEMY Platform which currently caters to 10 Million students across the country.

CS Vaibhav Chitlangia

CS Vaibhav Chitlangia is one of the very few people in India who became a Company Secretary at the age of 21 with All India Ranks at all the three levels.

He got AIR 15 in Foundation Programme (June 2016), AIR 22 in Executive Programme (June 2017) and AIR 04 in the Professional Programme (June 2018).
His interests include Mergers and Amalgamations, Competition Laws and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, amongst others.
He also has prior experience in teaching subjects like Corporate Restructuring and Resolution of Corporate Disputes to the students of CS Professional Programme.

CS Muskan Gupta

CS Muskan Gupta is a qualified Company Secretary programme at the age of 21, with AIR 14 in Foundation programme.

She also holds a master's degree in Psychology. Apart from this, she has diploma in subjects like Cyber Law and Intellectual Property Rights.
